Processing Cutoff Time:

• Orders placed before 5:30 PM will be processed on the same business day.

• Orders placed after 5:30 PM will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

6. Order Cancellation

An order may be canceled under the following conditions:

• Customers may request a cancellation within 48 hours after payment has been completed, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

• If the order has already been shipped or if the 48-hour cancellation window has passed, the cancellation request cannot be accepted. Customers may then proceed with a return request in accordance with the applicable return process.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Direct exchanges are not offered. Each returned item is individually inspected to ensure quality standards and accurate processing.

If a customer wishes to purchase a different item, a new order may be placed after the original refund has been completed.

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
