• If the order has already been shipped or if the 48-hour cancellation window has passed, the cancellation request cannot be accepted. Customers may then proceed with a return request in accordance with the applicable return process.

Once a cancellation request has been approved, refunds are handled as follows:

• Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after cancellation confirmation.

• Refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
